Refund & Exchange Policy

At Elyscents International, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To receive a full refund, the product must be:
- Returned in its original, unused condition,
- Have all original packaging intact,
- And the perfume bottle must be at least 90% full.
Once your return request is approved, the item will be collected from you and stored back at our warehouse.
One-way courier charges (for returning the item) will apply and be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase.
Exchange requests are subject to availability of the replacement product.
Two-way courier charges (for pickup and delivery) apply in the case of exchanges.
The exchanged item must also meet the same conditions: original packaging, unused condition, and at least 90% of the perfume remaining.
