By placing an order on elyscentsinternational.ae, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Order Processing
Once an order is placed, it is validated and forwarded to our processing department. Typically, it takes 4-5 working days for the order to be shipped. We currently charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 on all orders. Conditions may apply to shipping charges during promotions or deals.
- Shipping Timeline: For domestic orders, the usual delivery time is 2 to 3 days. For international orders, it may take up to 1 week. However, delays in transit are possible due to unforeseen circumstances, such as metropolitan conditions or uncontrollable factors.
- Courier Services: All packages are delivered via reliable courier companies and come with a tracking number to monitor the order status.
Packages Lost in Transit
If your package is lost during transit, elyscentsinternational.ae will coordinate with the courier service to investigate the issue. This process may take 2-3 days. If the package is not located after the investigation, we will offer a replacement.
Product Damaged or Stolen in Shipping
- Damaged Products: A product is considered damaged if it arrives in a physically damaged state.

Stolen Products: A product is considered stolen if the package arrives open and the contents are missing.
In either case, please contact our Customer Support team. We may request photos or other proof to process your claim.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed by contacting us at Info@elyscentsinternational.ae.
We also reserve the right to cancel orders for any of the following reasons:
- Out-of-stock items
- Pricing discrepancies
- Shipping cost differences
- Technical errors
In case of cancellation, any amount paid via bank transfer or credit/debit card will be refunded within 20 days of order cancellation.
